By accessing our website at coremlmsoftware.com, requesting a demo, or using the CoreMLM software platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you are using CoreMLM on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
CoreMLM Software provides a web-based platform designed for network marketing businesses. Our service includes:

When you subscribe to CoreMLM, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your own network marketing business operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use terms, without prior notice if the violation is serious.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are agreed between CoreMLM and each client individually at the time of onboarding. All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and must be paid by the due date specified in your agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of your account. We will notify you before taking any action for non-payment.
Because CoreMLM involves custom setup work and configuration for each client, we generally do not offer refunds once a software instance has been deployed and access has been provided.
However, if you experience a significant failure on our part — for example, a critical feature we committed to deliver is not delivered — we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a partial credit or arrangement. Each situation is handled individually.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your subscription. You may choose to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Your data belongs to you. All member data, commission records, transaction history, and business data you store within CoreMLM remains your property at all times.
We act as a data processor on your behalf. We process your data only to deliver the software service and do not use your business data for any other purpose.
Upon termination of your account, you may request a full export of your data before the account is closed. We will provide this export within 14 working days of your request. After the account is fully closed, data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.
The CoreMLM software, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CoreMLM Software. All rights are reserved.
Your company name, logo, and branding that you provide for customisation within the software remain your property. By providing these to us, you grant CoreMLM a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of configuring and displaying your software instance.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of CoreMLM's intellectual property to you, or your intellectual property to us.
We aim to keep CoreMLM available at all times and work to maintain high uptime. However, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or events beyond our control (such as data centre outages or internet infrastructure failures) may cause temporary downtime.
Where planned maintenance is required, we will notify you in advance. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice if it is necessary to protect the security or stability of the platform.
We are not liable for losses or disruption caused by downtime outside of our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, CoreMLM Software shall not be liable for:
In any case where CoreMLM is found to be liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your CoreMLM subscription at any time by contacting us. Please give us reasonable notice (we recommend at least 14 days) so we can arrange a data export for you before your account closes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
In cases of serious breach (e.g. illegal activity), we may terminate immediately without notice. In other cases, we will give you at least 7 days' written notice.
When an account is terminated, access to the software is removed. You have 14 days to request a data export. After that, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CoreMLM shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Malaysian law, the remaining parts continue to apply in full.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify active clients by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If you continue using CoreMLM after updated terms take effect, you are considered to have accepted them. If you disagree with updated terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
