Things people ask us

Is this really a one-time fee? No monthly charges?
Yes. For Basic and Premium, you pay once and the software is yours. The only recurring cost would be your own server/hosting, which you control. We don't charge monthly platform fees or take a cut of your commissions.
What happens after my support period ends?
The software keeps running — nothing changes. You just won't have free support access after the period. You can purchase an extended support package at any time. We offer 3-month and 6-month extension packages — ask us for the current rate.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?
Yes. You pay the difference between what you've already paid and the Premium price. We'll migrate your existing data and activate the additional modules. There's no penalty for upgrading.
Do you host the software for me?
We deploy it on your own server (VPS, cloud, or shared hosting). This keeps your data in your hands, with no lock-in to our infrastructure. If you need help choosing or setting up a server, we can guide you through that as well.
Are there any hidden fees — setup, domain, SSL?
No hidden fees on our end. Domain registration and server costs are external (you pay those to your domain registrar and hosting provider). SSL is configured by us for free if your server supports it. What you see on this page is what you pay us.
Can you do a custom payment gateway for Malaysia — Maybank2u, FPX, TNG?
Yes, Malaysian payment gateway integration (FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, etc.) is available under the Custom plan or as an add-on. Reach out and we'll discuss what's needed for your specific provider.
Is there a refund if I change my mind?
We don't offer refunds after deployment and handover, as the work is customised for your setup. However, before we begin, we'll walk you through a full demo and answer every question you have — so you're confident before committing. If something specific has gone wrong, raise it with us and we'll sort it out.
